If there’s a reason there will always be someone to comment on it. Few days in a row, the social network has been actively discussing the recent big interview of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko on the portal “Ukrainska Pravda“. The former head of the state is criticized and quoted, people are surprised with the details of the country’s political past and nevertheless, continue to report the conversation on their pages. What exactly they write, and with what Yushchenko surprised Ukrainians – in the reactions from DUMKA.

You can read the conversation on the website “Ukrainska Pravda“, but first  I will give you the comments of the journalists who managed to create a truly resonant for the Ukrainian network interview with the participation of Viktor Yushchenko. One of them, Eugene Rudenko, shares his impressions on how many times the ex-president used the word “nation“. How many – is unknown, because the author couldn’t keep the track. For Rudenko himself, the topic of Yushchenko is special: In 2004, he, a resident of Donetsk, voted for this man. The only thing journalist can’t forgive to the former head of the state is coming to power of the “legitimate“ Viktor Yanukovych.

But the second author, Roman Kravets, only intrigued by the fact that conversation turned out to be interesting. And, of course, to his post, he added the most unpleasant for Yushchenko piece of text. Well, these are the rules of the social media game. Kind of intrigue, or something like this.

In conversation (if you suddenly were lazy to read) Yushchenko tells a lot of interesting things. About Tymoshenko, as well as Medvedchuk, and Yanukovych. He even had time to point out his commitment to the MP Oleg Lyashko. But his answers were disassembled in parts so differently and in detail that sometimes it seemed that Yushchenko had time to give three or four interviews at once. So, I got too excited, let’s turn to the reactions themselves. For example, journalist Marina Daniluk-Yermolaeva focused her attention on the description of the ex-president’s car and his own office, that are rented to him by some “indifferent partners“. And then BANG – and Yushchenko in front of the camera puts on a jacket with the barely noticeable badge with the image of Taras Shevchenko. The journalist says that the curtains are down. Stepan the Goat says that they’re just gone up.

The political expert Olexiy Minakov instead drew attention to another detail: a story about Yulia Tymoshenko, who wanted to appoint to Vice-Premier chair Viktor Medvedchuk. Yeah, that one, you’re not mistaken. Yes, yes, the friend of the Russian president and the lawyer of Vasyl Stus. Well, it happens. However, Minakov explains the fact why there’s so much of Medvedchuk is in the media today: apparently, he feels the possibility of Tymoshenko’s victory and decided to spread his wings. Heh. This kind can fly, is it?

Instead, blogger Vyacheslav Ilchenko assured his readers that politician needs to be judged by his deeds, and not by what he’s in life terms. Ilychenko decided to assess Mr. Yushchenko by the negative things that he brought to politics. Well, what’s going on with this list? Termination of a political agreement after the public signature, restriction of reforms by decorative Ukrainophile discourse, legalization of the territorial and political detachment of Donbas and creation of the idea of the existence of a royal road to the presidency. Not bad, right?

But not all comments are so delicate and so overloaded with complex letters and words, do not worry. Here, for example, a journalist Sergii Kostezh says that after reading the material, he came to the conclusion that the country was governed by… a big child. It’s amazing how we survived, especially considering his successor. I don’t know what kind of a child was Yushchenko, but what kind of a child was Viktor Yanukovych, I think everybody knows. At last, it’s good that his interview is not so actively discussed, because it could have been a good reason to go nuts.

About a little boy (and tell me that they’re not plotting) also wrote the blogger Artem Malder. This time, Yushchenko appears in the guise of a boy, who plays pipe for three years and… continues to play it the same way in his 60’s. What a scale of thoughts, ah, what comparisons. Somewhere the classics of Ukrainian literature are crying.

Well, there was something without irony and sarcasm (the traditional cocktail for our reactions) too. Here, publicist and journalist Serhiy Rudenko gave it a try. Well, you can’t be successful all the time, right?

Dmytro Fedorenko, the developer of media platforms, in his turn, believes that we all have a difficult relationship with Mr. Yushchenko. But the author of the article was surprised the most by the sympathy of the ex-president to the politician Oleg Lyashko. However, let’s talk about this a little bit further. More precious ones are about journalists who are not so holy as well. After all, the conversation begins and ends in a very manipulative way. First, adjusting the reader to a certain mood, and then escalating the seriousness of the issue by “bees“. Well, what, only Mr. Viktor has to take everything?

So, about Oleg Lyashko. Here’s Mr. Ihor Mosiychuk. Mr. Igor is an MP. Guess which party should be alongside this status? Yeah, you’ve guessed, a radical one. Therefore, it’s not surprising to me personally why Mosiychuk advises reading this conversation. And in the text, he himself says: “In particular, why Mr. Yushchenko would vote for Lyashko, why he doesn’t consider him a populist, but a man… and all that sort of things“.  Well, friends, this is not forbidden, believe me, read, and make your conclusions, I’m talking too much again.

And as the continuation the alleged sympathy to Lyashko as a politician. Many thanks to journalist Milan Lelich, who recalled the views of the ex-president on the same occasion only eight years ago. Back then Mr. Viktor appealed to the conviction of the “radical“. That’s how it goes. C – consistency.

And the question that should have appeared in somebody’s head, but to put it forward only in the light of one conversation is somehow, honestly, strange. Because it’s clear that this interview for Yushchenko wasn’t superficial or the one he bet on. It was just widely spread through the web.

And here is the post of political analyst Valentyn Krasnoperov. In his opinion, Yushchenko deliberately ignored the economic aspects of the nation. But, according to the expert, it’s worth reading, because there are much of specific stuff and many components of the puzzle. Even if I criticize here a little bit, somewhere I try to joke, but I have to admit, there are a lot of interesting and unknown in this text.

It seems that lately Medvedchuk somehow appears in the reactions very often. But if they write, your obedient servant will show it to you. Here is the answer of Mr. Yushchenko to questions about the characteristics of Medvedchuk as a politician. He says that he does not want to spend his words. Honestly, for that, I even send him a plus to karma, and this will save my words on this topic too. Be good boys and girls, save your words when it’s not worth it.

Was bored with the repetition of the same surnames while reactions were collected by Stepan the Goat
