36 suspected of crimes during the Maidan continue to work in law enforcement agencies, 10 of them in senior positions. This was announced by Head of the Special Investigation Department of the General prosecutor office Serhiy Gorbatyuk on February 19 in Kyiv.
He added that the heads of the department’s management are those who are accused of murders.
“They continue to work and there is no action taken to dismiss them from their positions: the courts do not agree, the leadership does not take action on its own. And there are so many examples,” Gorbatyuk said.
