The Supreme Court of Ukraine refused to recognize the photos and video materials posted on the website of the president of Ukraine on working visits as illegal election campaigning.
The Сourt also noted that in the appeal of Hrytsenko and his appeal, he did not claim that the actions of those who posted relevant materials on the site of the president of Ukraine, was to motivate voters to vote or not to vote for a candidate Poroshenko.
