Zelensky is still at the leading position, Tymoshenko and Poroshenko changed the places, Hrytsenko breathes down the acting president’s neck. Such a result of the new poll, more – in reactions from DUMKA.

Before going over to the comments of the new poll, let’s look at it together. So, now the top five leaders are Zelensky, Tymoshenko, Poroshenko, Hrytsenko and Boyko. As we see, the alliance with Sadovyi brought good to the former defense minister but the rating of the acting president was obviously affected by the scandals in the defense industry.

It’s interesting to look at the ratings of candidates in dynamics. For the first four, if you believe the group Rating, things are going for the better, which cannot be said about Boyko and Lyashko.

Zelensky is mostly supported by young people under 25 and voters aged 25-35. The main electorate of Tymoshenko is Ukrainians who are more than 45 years old. Poroshenko is the main candidate for citizens aged 36-65, and Hrytsenko is trying to balance within all age indicators.

Another such an interesting thing is that Zelensky is supported mostly by those who rarely participate in the elections or those who had never voted before. For example, Tymoshenko and Poroshenko are mostly supported by those who always vote.

However, despite the third position, Petro Poroshenko still remains a candidate, whose voters believe in his victory.

Political scientist Mykhailo Basarab tried to explain why the ratings of Hrytsenko and Tymoshenko jumped up. According to the expert, new percentages in the headquarters of the “Batkivshchyna” move up at the expense of Zelensky’s rating, but the ex-defense minister votes – at the expense of the acting president. That is, we have conditional pairs playing on the same electoral fields.

Blogger Roman Shrayk explained that the effect of withdrawing the candidature of Murayev in favor of Vilkul is still impossible to spot. Obviously, this will be seen in the following polls.

Political expert Oleksiy Minakov tried to analyze how exactly the candidacy of the former head of the Ministry of Defense was affected by withdrawal in his favor of Andriy Sadovy. The expert states: it is more expedient to say not about the absolute fourth but about Hrytsenko’s fourth-fifth place since the distance from Boyko is within the limits of statistical error.

Journalist Maksym Hardus is convinced that in order for Hrytsenko to get into the second round, the candidate must do something extraordinary because people like him but don’t vote for him. At the same time, the author suggested that the main voters of Zelensky are educated, wealthy citizens who prefer to see changes.

But the journalist Tetyana Vysotska suggested that the ratings of Petro Poroshenko, like Ihor Smeshko’s… are “painted”.

Volunteer and journalist Andriy Boechko tried to analyze how corruption scandals are influenced by leaders’ ratings. According to the author’s observations, each such scandal will bring to Zelensky percentages if Poroshenko reacts the same way as to the thefts in Ukroboronprom but Tymoshenko “is neither cold nor hot” from these scandals.

Yury Bogdanov, the adviser to the head of the Dnipro Regional State Administration, is convinced that Poroshenko, despite all the scandals and questions, still has a chance for a second term. However, questions even in this case will remain.
