Presidential candidate Andriy Sadovyi decided to withdraw his candidacy in favor of Anatoliy Hrytsenko. He said this at a briefing on March 1.
“I made a decision – I withdraw my candidacy for the presidential election and announce support of Anatoliy Hrytsenko in presidential elections,” Sadovyi said.
“If I don’t do it now, we’ll lose the elections – and then we’ll all face the anger because we didn’t use the chance to support Hrytsenko,” Sadovyi explained to his supporters.
