Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko said that part of the details for military equipment Ukraine gets smuggled from the Russian Federation. He said this during the briefing on February 27.
According to him, a large number of units and units for military equipment is produced exclusively in the Russian Federation, since the reproduction of such production would cost “billion investment”.
“Probably, it’s not a secret that in recent years most of these spare parts are received by the Ukrainian defense industry from volunteers and entrepreneurs who smuggle them from the territory of the Russian Federation,” Lutsenko said.
“During the war, for a belligerent country, I find it acceptable,” he added.
