The panel of judges of the Sixth District Court of Appeal completely refused to satisfy the administrative claim of the presidential candidate, Batkivshchyna leader, Yulia Tymoshenko, to another candidate and the acting president, Petro Poroshenko, regarding his election campaign.
According to the court, the claims related to the recognition of the illegal actions of Poroshenko regarding the conduct of election campaigning and the establishment of facts of using other funds, with the exception of funds from his election fund, in financing election campaigning.
Commenting on the fact that certain TV channels broadcast Poroshenko’s speech free of charge, the court noted that the media have the right to decide in their own way how to cover the president’s working visits.
