The Sixth Appeal Administrative Court of Kyiv opened proceedings on the claim of the presidential candidate, Batkivshchyna Party leader, Yulia Tymoshenko to the presidential candidate and the acting president, Petro Poroshenko, on illegal campaigning. This is stated on the website of the judiciary.
It is noted that Judge Anatolii Stepaniuk was appointed as the presiding judge.
As stated, the plaintiff asks to acknowledge the unlawful actions of the presidential candidate in conducting an election campaign in violation of the legislation of Ukraine.
Earlier, according to the press service of Tymoshenko, they said that the National Police opened two criminal proceedings on her applications: bribery of voters and the manipulation of the register of voters.
As the politician said, this president seems to be trying to secure an entrance to the second round of elections.
