Attorney General Yuriy Lutsenko has decided to send a statement to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office about the alleged crime of the leader of the Batkivshchyna, Yulia Tymoshenko. It is reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine.
It is noted that on February 14, Lutsenko received a statement on alleged illegal enrichment and declaration of inaccurate information by Tymoshenko. The Prosecutor’s Office added that the investigation of such crimes could be carried out only by NABU, and overseeing the cases – specialized anti-corruption prosecutor’s office.
