The Central Election Commission registered Petro Poroshenko as a presidential candidate. The decision was taken by the Commission at the meeting on Thursday, February 7.
Also officially candidates for the presidential elections were people’s deputy of previous convocations Yuriy Karmazin, journalist Yulia Litvinenko, head of the public organization Vlada Narodu Oleksandr Vashchenko.
As of February 7, the CEC has already registered 41 candidates for the presidency of Ukraine. Registration of candidates ends on February 8.
