Every tenth of the respondents is ready to support authorized rallies and demonstrations.
Relevant results of the public opinion poll “The readiness of Ukrainians to participate in social protest actions” was promulgated by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS), UNIAN writes.
“The question of whether participation in an electoral company is a form of protest or vice versa, the fulfillment of civic duty and a loyal behavior to the authorities, are debatable. Some voters take part in the elections to express their protest, part to support the government. We left the elections in the list of forms of protest for the possibility of comparison with other Ukrainian and international studies,” KIIS paid attention.
According to the data, 32% is ready to resort to such forms of social protest as participation in an electoral company, and this is the highest percentage compared to all other forms of protest.
