A 20-year-old soldier who suffered from an explosion of a boiler in a military unit in the Odesa region died, reports Hromadske.
“Doctors did everything they could, as far as we know, the guy was provided with all needed medicines. Bohdan Bilokon regained consciousness but, unfortunately, the body could not survive – the boy died”, said the source.
The law enforcement officer noted that servicemen have the right to serve boiler-houses, however, after special training. He added that the investigation of the explosion is ongoing.
December 27, the operational command “South” reported a boiler explosion in one of the military units of the Odesa region, resulting in a 20-year old soldier receiving burns and multiple injuries.
