The State Audit Office checked the Kyiv Armored Plant for the period from January 1, 2012 to the end of September 2018, and found a violation of tens of millions of Ukrainian hryvnias. The armored factory doesn’t control the implementation of contractual obligations, which led to millions of losses, reports Ukrainska Pravda.
“The failure of the enterprise to take measures to eliminate violations of contractual discipline, due to recognition by the court of counterparties by bankruptcies, accumulation of receivables resulting from the insufficient level of internal control over the state of execution of contracts entered into by the enterprise, resulted in the loss of assets totaling UAH 20.2 million and in the future may lead to losses amounting to UAH 3.9 million”, reads the letter of the State Service.
