The conflict between Russia and Ukraine may intensify again, warns the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). “I have fears that there may be a chain reaction. Where there are separate cells, where the flames are flaring, there will ever be escalation, either spontaneously or involuntarily”, said Greminger.
