Helicopters are sent to the National Guard of Ukraine and the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations. Poroshenko told about this on Twitter, reports UNIAN.
“Ukraine purchased helicopters from Airbus Helicopters, the first of them we have already received from French friends today, and we pass it on to the National Guard of Ukraine and the State Service of Ukraine for Emergencies,” he said.
On June 7, the Verkhovna Rada ratified an agreement between the governments of Ukraine and France on the purchase of 55 helicopters for the creation of a unified aviation security system.
