The first deputy chairman of the OSCE PMM Alexander Hug calls on the parties to honor their commitments to end the fire in Donbas. This is stated in the statement of the Mission on Twitter, writes Ukrinform.
“Since 00:01 SMM registered more than 70 ceasefire violations. Sides need to honour their recommitment. Firing has to stop now. To protect Ukrainians on both sides of the contact line”, Hug said. Recall that a new regime of silence was agreed in Minsk on August 22 at the Trilateral Contact Group on Conflict Resolution in Donbas. The so-called “school armistice” began from the beginning of the day on August 29.
