The Russian occupation command has increased the level of readiness for mobilization in the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, which are not under the control of the Ukrainian Government, reports UNIAN.
In connection to this, Russian so-called “military commissariats” of the occupiers specify the lists and places of stay of all categories of military personnel on the occupied territories of the Donbas.
