The President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, has signed a law, the provisions of which allow enterprises that belong to the state military concern Ukroboronprom not to pay debts to enterprises registered in the territory of the aggressor state. In particular, the law prohibits forced alienation of property of enterprises of Ukroboronprom for loans or execute court decisions on the alienation of property, said on the website of the Presidential Administration, reports the Hromadske.
Also, the law prohibits the opening of proceedings for the bankruptcy of Ukroboronprom enterprises on the statements of Russian companies.
