Representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission recorded towboats and almost a thousand boxes of ammunition and shells in the militants of the occupied districts of Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts. This is stated in the mission statement of August 13.
It is reported that on August 10, behind the withdrawal lines, but outside the designated places of storage of weapons in uncontrolled government in the area north of the np Crystal (Luhansk obl.) Mini drone SMM recorded a total of 18 towed howitzers (eight 2A36 “Hyacinth-B”, 152 mm, and ten 2A65 “Revenge-B”, 152 mm).
It is noted that on the territory of another object about 1 km north-west of the same mini-UAV SMM recorded one mobile intelligence point (PRP-4 Nard) and 775 ammunition boxes (estimated, some were new) , as well as 118 drawers for RZZV (BM-21) shells. In addition, observers recorded the presence of unexpired weapons.
Thus, in 193 towed cannibals (thirteen D-30 “Toads”, 122 mm, and six 2A65) and 5 self-propelled howitzers (2C1 “Carnation”, 122 mm), in three such places in uncontrolled government in Donetsk region regions were found.
OSCE representatives noted that there are still 2 towed howitzers (D-30) and 2 self-propelled howitzers (2С1), as well as 21 tank (eleven T-64 and ten T-72).
The mission emphasizes that militants systematically hinder the work of observers, which prohibits them from accessing monitoring facilities.
