Russian human rights activist and journalist Zoya Svetova met with the Ukrainian film director Oleg Sentsov in the colony and told that he called his state precritical. Svetova talked about the Ukrainian prisoner on RTVI.

According to a human rights defender, she spoke with Oleg Sentsov for 2 hours in his room in the presence of the head of the colony and two more staff members.

Zoya Svetova noted that Sentsov is in a “good and clean” four-seat ward.

“The doctors of the colony, whom Sentsov entrusts, do what they can, but they do not make any predictions,” she said.

“The lawyer said that he (the prisoner) is taking the drops and the nutritional mixture he takes. But this is a situation that can not save his life,” Svetova said.

The human rights activist confirmed that the director does not plan to stop the hunger strike.

Svetova also said that Sentsov’s hunger strike was the same: the release of Ukrainian political prisoners from Russian prisons.
