The video by the OSCE mission, which records the truck columns that entered Ukraine in the middle of the night and went back to Russia on a dirt road bypassing the border crossing facilities, is the evidence that Russia deliberately continues the conflict and supports hostilities in eastern Ukraine. This was stated by the Special Representative of the United States Department of State for Affairs of Ukraine Kurt Volker in his Twitter, according to Ukrainska Pravda.
“This is another way Russia deliberately continues the conflict and supports hostilities in eastern Ukraine, despite international efforts aimed at supporting peace.” added Volker.
The OSCE PMM confirms that its long-range UAV unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) recorded truck columns that arrived in Ukraine in the middle of the night and drove back on a dirt road in an area where no border crossing facilities exist.
“On these shots, taken by the OSCE special monitoring mission, convoy trucks are illegally entering Ukraine from Russia. We recall that Russia blocked the effective operation of the border monitoring mission, and Russian forces are constantly preventing the OSCE PM from visiting the border,” he said.
