The organizers and executors of a terrorist act that killed 298 people, will appear before the Dutch justice, said the deputy head of the Ministry of Justice, UNIAN reports.
“The evidence gathered and already made public by the International Investigative Group is enough to assert that the highest military and civilian leadership of Russia is responsible for this terrorist act,” he said in a statement posted on Facebook.
“The organizers and executors of a terrorist act that killed 298 people will face Dutch justice. Separately, Russia as a state will be held accountable for this international crime,” Petukhov added.
