Stereotypes tell us that July is the peak of the summer, that the days are the longest, and the nights are the shortest, that it’s time for vacations, bathing, butterflies, cherries, sunburn, and serenity. And sometimes it is so sweet to surrender in captivity of the stereotypes if they are meteorological and also justify themselves.
This July began with the destruction of the stereotypes, when the showers turned the streets into rivers, when the cooling forced to take the down jackets from the upper shelves – I myself wore a light down jacket for two days and I was absolutely comfortable with it, and when on July 1, just on the debut day, it was snowing on the highlands of the Carpathians.
At the end of the week will be Ivan Kupala feast, when, as a rule, all jump over the fire at warm night and the girls let the luxurious July wreaths on the water.

On Thursday, the weather in Ukraine will be determined by the atmospheric front. On July 6 in the west, in the northern regions, as well as in Vinnytsya region, Poltava region and Cherkasy region, there will be periodic rains and sometimes storms with thunders. The rest of the territory will be sunny, dry, and clear. The air temperature will make you feel comfortable throughout the day, everywhere in Ukraine +24 +28 degrees.
Wet weather with local rains will cover most of the territory of Ukraine on July 7. And only in the Crimea, Mykolayiv, Zaporizhzhya, Luhansk and Donetsk regions, the precipitation is not expected. It will become 2-4 degrees warmer, it is expected +25 +30 degrees. In Donetsk and Zaporizhzhya regions, probably up to +32 degrees.
On July 8 in the east, south and most of the central regions of Ukraine will be dry and warm, even hot weather, +25 +32 degrees. But in the west, it will get colder up to +22 +25 degrees. Also, there will be thunderstorms on Sunday in the western and in the northern parts.
On July 9, rains will again spread to most areas, except the southeast. The air temperature is expected to be within +22 +27 degrees, in the west +18 +23, in the east to +30 degrees.
On July 10, the probability of rain is everywhere, but the nature of the precipitation will be typical for summer – from cloudiness or a few drops to a moderate rainfall. In the western part, cool weather is expected, +18 +22 degrees, in the east will be the highest air temperature, +25 +30 degrees, in the rest of the territory +22 +26 degrees.
On July 11-12 atmospheric fronts will cause periodic rains in most regions of Ukraine. Next Wednesday in the south and east, and on Thursday, July 12, on Peter and Paul, in the western and northern regions there will be sunny, significant precipitation is unlikely.
The air temperature will fluctuate within comfortable limits, +24 +29 degrees.
In Kyiv on July 6-7, the atmospheric front will cause single rains, possibly with thunderstorms.
Over the next week, the capital will belong to an unstable air mass with periodic rains and cloud cover. The air temperature during the day will be +23 +27 degrees.
And whatever the stereotypes, the weather forecast should always be checked, follow the updates, do not forget to look around, take photos of cherries, tanned ones, smell flowers, admire butterflies – in short, fully enjoy such pleasant stereotypes of the summer and its favorite – July.
