The south of the country is affected by the cycle from southwestern Europe. Italian-Balkan vortex brought heavy snowfall, blizzard and low temperature. The weather forecasters promise storm movement to the north and gradual cover of a large part of Ukraine. Odessa is in the epicenter of a real winter.
