President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky proposes to issue a second citizenship (Ukraine) to ethnic Ukrainians who live abroad.
He instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to develop appropriate mechanisms for this procedure.
Zelensky also instructed to develop a mechanism for simplified provision of Ukrainian citizenship to people who suffer violations of rights and freedoms in their countries.
