The Cabinet of Ministers has decided not to extend the contract to the current CEO of the National Joint Stock Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” Andrii Kobolev, and will also announce a new competition for this post.
“We made a decision to announce an open and public tender with the participation of international partners for the post of chairman of the board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine,” prime minister Volodymyr Groisman said.
He also added that the Cabinet will address the company’s supervisory board in order to get recommendations on the terms of a new contract with the future CEO of the NAC.
