The court refused prosecutors’ petition for the extension of the preventive measure to the head of the Kherson Regional Council Vladyslav Manger, who is suspected of organizing the murder of activist Kateryna Handziuk.
Judge did not find grounds for extending preventive measure in the form of arrest with the right of bail.
Recall that on February 21, the chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Vladyslav Manger, who is suspected of organizing the murder of an activist Kateryna Handziuk, appealed to the court to transfer his case, which is currently being investigated by the SBU, to the State Bureau of Investigations.
