The Cabinet of Ministers since March begins payment of cash subsidies to those citizens who have been granted a subsidy in 2018, the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy said.
“The first cash for utility bills in February will be given to the pensioners who receive a pension on March 4. Those who have a pension card, the subsidy will be transferred there. Those who have not, money will be brought home by a postman. All non-pensioners will be able to receive their monetized subsidy from March 12 in any branch of ‘Oschadbank’,” the statement said.
The ministry added that the utility bills for February 2019 will be sent without displaying the subsidy. It will be given in cash in March to those who have been assigned assistance since 2018. The money must be paid by the subsidy on a monthly basis for utility bills in February.
