In March-April 2019, pensioners who receive the minimum pension will receive compensation for unpaid indexation in the amount of UAH 2410. Minister of Social Policy Andrii Reva mentioned this during a meeting with the participation of President Poroshenko.
“In 2019, they (pensioners) are offered to make an additional payment to the pension of 2410 hryvnias. It is about an additional resource that was received from the law on ‘eurocars'” said Reva.
“For the first time, a phenomenon that caused damage to the whole country was returned in favor of certain categories of citizens. That is, the means of customs clearance from the ‘eurocarss’ were fully directed to such payments. This is an initiative of the president,” the minister said.
According to him, 2410 hryvnias – this is actually the amount that people were not paid in 2015-2016 when the indexation of the pension was stopped.
