Judge Sergiy Karakyshyan, who is considering a case under the lawsuit of People’s Deputy Igor Mosiychuk against the head of the Ministry of Health, Ulana Suprun, has announced his resignation.
The case will then be transferred to the automatic redistribution at the technical department, where a new judge will be appointed.
Recall that on February 14, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv decided to cancel the previous decision, which prohibited Ulana Suprun to serve as Minister of Health.
