The District Administrative Court of Kyiv has decided to cancel the previous decision, which prohibited Ulana Suprun to serve as Minister of Health. Judge Serhiy Karakashian announced this decision on February 14.
“The court upheld the petitions of the representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers and Ulana Suprun for the abolition of the measures to secure the claim to be canceled. To cancel on its own initiative the measures to secure the administrative claim taken by the decision of the District Administrative Court on February 5, 2019,” the judge said.
Recall that on February 5, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv temporarily banned Ulana Suprun from performing the duties of the Minister of Health, partially satisfying the lawsuit of the People’s Deputy Ihor Mosiichuk, one of the arguments of whom was that Suprun has the US citizenship.
