The Russian Ombudsman Tatiana Moskalkova stated the need to continue the treatment of seafarers and their medical follow-up in civilian healthcare institutions of Moscow.
“In the course of the visit, we discussed with the leadership of the jail and the head of the medical unit the need to continue the treatment of sailors and their medical examination in civilian healthcare institutions of Moscow. We were supported in this matter. I hope that this issue will be resolved positively in the near future,” Moskalkova added.
