The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has charged NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine with a fine of 2.448 billion UAH for untimely paid dividends in 2017.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a schedule of payment of Naftogaz’s unallocated dividends of 40% of net income for 2017 to the state budget.
Thus, Naftogaz in July-September had to send to the budget 0.5 billion UAH monthly, in October-November – another 8.99 billion UAH, in December – 8.99 billion UAH.
