Vladyslav Manger the head of the regional council of the Kherson region, organized the murder of the activist Kateryna Handziuk, for which he found people and provided funds for the crime. This was announced by Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko on February 11, reading a complete suspicious text of Manger.
“This is a brief diagram of the key people in this case. In early July 2018, citizen Vladyslav Manger, guided by his personal hostility raised by Kateryna Handziuk’s active social activities, which obstructed his selfish interests… decided to arrange the deliberate murder of Handziuk in a manner that would inflict a victim of special physical and moral suffering,” Lutsenko said.
