The chairman of the regional council of the Kherson region, Vladyslav Manher, was announced a suspect in the organization of the murder of Activist Kateryna Handziuk. This was announced on February 11 by the Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko on Facebook.
“In early July 2018, Manher, guided by personal hostility that arose in connection with Gandzyuk’s vigorous public work on countering illegal deforestation under the cover of artificial arson and other illegal activities aimed at generating criminal income controlled and coordinated by representatives of the criminal environment of the Kherson region…” says the text of suspicion.
It is reported that the suspicion was personally handed over by the Deputy Prosecutor General Yuriy Stolyarchuk.
Manher is charged with committing crimes under Part 3 of Art. 27 (types of accomplices – the organizer of the crime), p.4 p.6 p.11, p.12 h.2 Art. 115 (murder) of the Criminal Code.
