And the newsflash. The District Administrative Court of Kyiv suspended Ulana Suprun from acting as the Minister of Healthcare. The lawsuit was filed by the People’s Deputy of the Radical Party Ihor Mosiychuk. Details – in reactions from DUMKA.

The initiator of the claim MP Ihor Mosiychuk called his actions “a struggle for life and health of Ukrainians”, which is ongoing. However, in the same post, the People’s Deputy called Oleh Lyashko, the leader of the Radical Party, the “People’s President”. Therefore, I would give this ambiguous statement a proper thought.

Oleh Lyashko himself wrote about the alleged struggle for the life and health of Ukrainians, stressing that this is precisely what the struggle is going on for. Well…

True, when users of the network began to protect Ulana Suprun, Ihor Mosiychuk published a new post, stated that those who support the acting Minister of Health, automatically support Petro Poroshenko, his government, the ruling coalition and, in general, they are… porokhobots (Poroshenko’s supporters). This is the MP’s logic, the other one is not ready yet. At least in the Radical Party.

The Ministry of Healthcare said that consultations with lawyers are ongoing, the work of the agency continues.

Later on the ministry’s website, they reported that the members of the Cabinet of Ministers stood up for Suprun and were concerned about the unprecedented pressure and attempts to stop the transformation of the healthcare system. Government officials support the Ministry of Healthcare’s course for changes and war with corrupt schemes led by Ulana Suprun and the ministry.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman took Suprun’s side and stressed that we can’t stop the reform of the medical industry and return corruption to it. It’s time to protect the changes so that Ukrainians receive high-quality medical services.

Singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk also supported Suprun. According to him, the suspension the acting minister shows that the old political culture doesn’t perceive people who are struggling for changes not by words but by deeds. Instead, it is afraid of them and tries to push them away by any means.

MP Volodymyr Ariev emphasized that until the judicial reform is completed, there will be surprises from which the fists are squeezed. Moreover, according to the politician, such decisions will be made specifically, in order to rouse negative against those who reform these wicked courts.

The MP and ex-journalist Svitlana Zalishchuk called the suspension of Suprun a symptom of the incurable disease of the whole system. And the method of treatment, according to Zalishchuk, is only one – a complete reboot.

Journalist Yanina Sokolova also took part in support of Ulana Suprun, adding that Oleh Lyashko was unlikely to do this without anyone’s instructions, and therefore, this is a planned action, so the main question remains who exactly is the “director”.

But the social activist Serhiy Sternenko, who was attacked three times during the past year, said that Lyashko, along with his team, risks “getting plenty of slap of thousands of people with active civic stance”.

Blogger Anton Khodza is convinced that the solution taken on Suprun is another and short-sighted fail of people in power. And although Mosiychuk’s actions are obvious, the question remains about who charged on this topic, whether there was a pressure on the court, and whether the Cabinet of Ministers was responsible for it.

Pavlo Rozenko, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, supports Ulana Suprun and emphasized that she was appointed to her office in full compliance with the current legislation. Therefore, the People’s Deputy doesn’t see any legal grounds for her suspension from the office. Instead, Rozenko sees the intentions of the old corrupt system to attempt to return corruption schemes to the healthcare system.

People’s Deputy Yehor Sobolev, in his turn, is convinced that the decision made by the administrative court of Kyiv is an attack of the part of the corrupt government, which completely controls this court. In the opinion of the MP, in this way, the authorities try to remove one of the few government workers with other people’s hands, which embodies anti-corruption reform. Sobolev emphasizes: much in this situation depends on the willingness of Volodymyr Groisman to have his own position.

Journalist Vitaliy Portinkov said that the refusal of responsibility during the election time in our conditions grows into haphazardness of the means. If Suprun can’t be got rid of from the Parliament, it is possible to use the court. If it is not a court – then the television harassment, in addition, there are rallies, their “activists” and so on.

Andriy Kokotiukha, a famous Ukrainian writer, also supported Ulana Suprun, stating that a pivotal thing for him is the person who participated in Suprun’s suspension.

Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, also took Suprun’s side, stressing that the pharmaceutical mafia and its mob in the parliament in the person of some deputies are in great trouble, because reforms will continue, and corruption will be eradicated. Both in medicine and in legal proceedings.
