The District Administrative Court of Kyiv suspended Ulana Suprun from performing actions as Minister of Health. This was written by the leader of the Radical Party Oleg Lyashko on his Facebook page and published a court order, Ukrainska Pravda reports.
“On February 1, 2019 the plaintiff filed a lawsuit to secure an administrative claim by imposing a prohibition on Ulana N. Suprun to take any actions aimed at the exercise of her competence (ministerial authority – ed.)”, the decree said.
