Solomensky District Court in Kyiv allowed to remove an electronic bracelet from the former acting Head of the State Fiscal Service Myroslav Prodan, who is suspected of illegal enrichment, and also allowed him not to issue a passport, Ukrainska Pravda writes.
SAP suspects Prodan in earning UAH 89 million while working as an executive Deputy Chairman and Head of the State Fiscal Service from July 2016 to June 2018.
For these funds, Prodan allegedly bought two apartments in Kyiv for 6.7 million, two houses in Turkey for 78 million and 3 cars of the representative class for 3.4 million hryvnias, but registered them for a close friend.
