After the winter Christmas holidays, like after each great holiday, you always want to stop a bit and record the most pleasant impressions. You are already sitting at work at the computer, and there is a festive table before your eyes, friends, family, winter park pictures, carols sound, a beautiful Christmas tree, and a feeling of warmth and comfort. So that we could better enter the working rhythm, the atmosphere decided to strengthen the frosts, sprinkle with snow and blizzards. In a word, so that we do not get very involved in our important business, but once again, in front of the screens or under the rug at home, we should remember Christmas.
In the near future, in western regions, in the north of Ukraine and in most central regions, the night-time air temperature will fluctuate within 6-14 degrees below zero, in some places down to -12 -17 degrees. During the day, thermometers will show -3 -9 degrees. However, warming will come to the southern part of Ukraine and to the southeast, as well as to the regions of the Dnipro and its environs. The air temperature at night is expected to be -1 -5 degrees, and in the daytime, from 2 degrees of frost to 4 degrees of heat.
In the Crimea during the daytime, the heat will reach +4 +9 degrees.
At the beginning of the next week, the air temperature temporarily but noticeably decreases to moderate and significant frosts, mainly in the west and north, in most regions of Ukraine the frost will weaken from January 29-30. Humid weather prevails. However, more breaks in the clouds will appear.

On January 23, a cyclone will cover with snowfall and snowstorms most regions of Ukraine, on January 24, the synoptic situation in eastern regions and in the southern part is assumed to be difficult in Ukraine. Atmospheric fronts will bring sleet, rain, sleet sticking and gusting wind.
Until the end of this week and at the beginning of the final January week, wet weather in Ukraine will alternate with the clearings. Precipitations are expected mainly small, maximum moderate. There will be ice on the roads.
In Kyiv, significant precipitations are unlikely in the near future, only snowfall and blizzards are expected on January 23, and occasional light snow falls on January 24. By the end of the week, frosts will dominate, at night in the capital there will be -9 -12 degrees, in the daytime -3 -7 degrees. At the beginning of the week, frosts will increase by 2-6 degrees. From the middle of next week in Kyiv, a gradual increase in air temperature at night up to -1 -5 degrees is envisaged, in the daytime ‒ up to the thaw.
The atmosphere gives us the opportunity to pleasantly remember the warm festive impressions, and warming of the next week will mentally bring us closer to spring.
