On Thursday, in the Obolon District Court, former president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, accused of treason, will be reached the verdict. On January 23, the press service of the court reports on this, Ukrainska Pravda writes.
“January 24, 2019 at 09:00 in the courtroom at the address: Kyiv, Marshal Timoshenko St, 2-E, in courtroom number 15, the sentence will be announced in the criminal proceedings against Yanukovych Viktor Fedorovych“, was stated in the court.
Ex-president, accused of committing crimes under Part 5 of Art. 27, Part 3 Art. 110 (aiding and abetting in willful acts which account for the change of the borders of the territory of Ukraine), Part 1 of Art. 111 (high treason), Part 5, Art. 27, Part 2 Art. 437 (aiding and abetting in the conduct of aggressive war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
