The Ministry of Finance estimates the total amount of public debt payments in 2019 to be 417 billion hryvnia, or 14.2 billion dollars. This is stated in the macroeconomic review and forecast for January 2019, published on the website of the Ministry of Finance, Ukrainska Pravda reports.
In particular, payments in foreign currency will amount to about $ 9 billion.
In 2019, it is necessary to pay off 150.5 billion UAH of domestic and 121.8 billion UAH of external debt. Internal debt servicing payments will amount to UAH 88.7 billion, and external to UAH 56.4 billion.
