Ukraine ranked 84th in the “Democracy Index 2018” rating, leaving behind the status of “hybrid regime”.
The corresponding rating was made by The Economist.
Among Eastern European countries, Ukraine ranks 17th, having received 5.69 points out of 10 last year.
