The international rating agency Moody’s has increased Ukraine’s sovereign rating from Caa2 to Caa1. This is reported on the site of Moody’s.

Forecast by ratings has changed to “stable” from “positive”. The agency named three factors that contributed to the increase of forecasts for Ukraine: the agreement between Ukraine and the IMF on a new stand-by credit program; positive expectations regarding the reduction of corruption due to reforms in the country; strengthening the counteraction of Ukraine in the course of the conflict with Russia.
