In Lviv, work on the dismantling of a 30-meter stela began in emergency condition, which is part of the Monument to Glory on Stryiska Street. It is reported on Monday by Zaxid.net.
The dismantling of the stela will cost the city budget 295.8 thousand UAH. Dismantling works must be completed by December 31, 2018.
Immediate remove of the entire stela of the Monument to Glory is hindered by its complex structure. Therefore, it has been decided to destroy it gradually. After dismantling, it has been proposed to transfer the individual elements of the stele to the Lviv Territory of Terror Museum.
