On December 11, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv renewed the post of Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasyrov. Nasyrov’s lawyer, Lyubomyr Drozdovsky says about it, Ukrainska Pravda reports.
“In the court session an introductory and effective part of the court decision was declared unlawful and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about dismissal was announced”, he said.
“He was renewed [Nasyrov – ED] as the head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and compensation was paid during the time of forced absenteeism. The decision on renewal is subject to immediate execution”, added Drozdovsky.
