Kyiv Local Prosecutor’s Office No. 5 opened a criminal prosecution against lawyers of former President Viktor Yanukovych. This is with reference to the press service of the prosecutor’s office in Kiev, reports Interfax-Ukraine.
It is noted that the case was instituted on the basis of materials of the “Obolonsky” police department of Kyiv on the fact “the interference by a group of persons with the lawful activity of a lawyer assigned to accused Viktor Yanukovych by court decision.” According to the police, it is a question of a shovel on August 16 in the premises of the Obolonsky district court of the capital.
