Ukrainian filmmaker Oleh Sentsov, sentenced to 20 years in Russian prison, will not submit a pardon petition, Sentsov’s defense lawyer Dmitry Dinze told Interfax.
“Oleh objects to be pardoned. He will not write anything to the president,” Dinze said.
